ICRO fulfils this commitment with the following principles, which are implemented in the integrated quality, environment and safety management system, in accordance with the reference standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- The implementation of an organisational model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, integrated into the company processes, as a clear commitment to business ethics, with particular attention to environmental and work safety aspects; committing to the constant improvement of synergies between key processes in the quality of wood coatings, metal coatings and plastic coatings, and the environment.
- Attention to staff information and training, in compliance with regulatory obligations: ICRO is committed to the constant training of specialized technicians in order to be able to offer the market paints and technologies with a lower environmental impact, such as water-based paints with increasingly high performance and resistance.
- All ICRO coatings are formulated, developed and tested in Italy in the two production plants in Bergamo and Venice, with a production production with a focus on minimising environmental impacts related to atmospheric emissions and consumption of energy resources.
- Voluntary participation in the EcoVadis project for a transparent and reliable assessment of the company’s sustainability (environmental and otherwise), awarded the SilverMedal by the organisation.
- Increasing the company’s visibility on the web, through effective communication and an extensive sales and service network that is attentive to the needs of each customer.
- Improving the procurement process, storage and through rationalisation of transport and packaging costs, in order to be able to serve international customers in the already fast and efficient way.
